Egg, Sausage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and cooled
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Fry potatoes and onion in butter until browned.
Place in greased 8-inch glass baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Crumble sausage and spread over cheese.
(Top with drained mushrooms, if desired.)
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over sausage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Serves 6.
