Dutch Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick sweet butter (4 oz.)
1 stick margarine (4 oz.)
1 egg yolk (reserve the white)
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Blend thoroughly all ingredients in a Cuisinart.
Pour into pie plate for baking.
Coat all dough surfaces with reserved egg white.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for approximately 1/2 hour.
Check carefully that it does not burn.
Serve at room temperature.
