Lentil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked lentils, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chicken seasoning (McKay's)
    1 c. ground oatmeal
    1 c. pecan meal
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. parsley, basil and savory
    1 onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 2 medium sprayed casserole dishes and bake until firm at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with gravy or slice for sandwiches.
    Serves 12.
