Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 large pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In small bowl, beat the egg, cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sugar together.
    Add the chocolate chips.
    In large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Fill foil cupcake cups 1/2 full with chocolate batter and drop 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
