Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. Karo syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Put in a large pan and cook on high the sugar, water, peanuts and Karo syrup.
    Stir constantly for about 5 minutes or until you hear peanuts start to crack.
    Take off heat.
    Add vanilla flavoring, salt and baking soda.
    Stir until foam leaves, then pour in a thin pan.
