Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Add milk to eggs, mix in dry ingredients, then add melted shortening and beat smooth.
    Pour into greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 350\u00b0; finish baking for 25 minutes.
    Poke each muffin with fork to let steam out.
    Makes 6 Popovers.
