Cheese Souffle(For That Very Important Guest) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs with dry
    mustard,
    milk,
    sugar
    and
    salt. Layer bread (trim crusts)
    and
    cheese
    alternately.
    (I use a loaf pan.) Makes 2 or
    3
    layers.
    Pour
    milk,
    eggs and other ingredients over layers.
    Let stand 4 hours or overnight.
    Put casserole in pan of water.
    Bake
    in
    325\u00b0
    to 350\u00b0 oven until puffed and brown (about 1
    hour).
    Goes with my sweet and sour chicken.
    Serve with a
    green
    salad
    and you have the perfect special meal for the special guests with \"no sweat.\"
