Hot Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Velveeta
    8 oz. tomato and chilies (Ro-Tel)
    2 cans tuna (water pack)
    1 Tbsp. dried onion or 1/2 medium fresh onion
Preparation
    Combine oleo and flour in saucepan.
    Add milk and cook until thick.
    Add cheese, salt, pepper, Ro-Tel, tuna and onion.
    Heat and stir until cheese melts.
    Serve over toast, rice or chips. Good served with English peas.
