Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
1 lb. shelled shrimp
1 lb. cottage cheese (can use low or no fat)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (low-fat, if desired)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sliced tomato
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Cook noodles, drain and pat dry.
Cook shrimp in soup; add a little milk if too thick.
Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, onion and Parmesan cheese.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Layer 1/2 of the noodles, 1/3 of the cheese mixture and 1/3 of the shrimp mixture.
Repeat, ending with soup mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stop here if making ahead! Sprinkle 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Slice tomato on top and bake 20 to 30 minutes more until bubbly.
Serves 4 to 6.
