Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c tomatoes
    1/2 c picante sauce
    1 can chicken broth
    1 1/2 c water
    1 c sliced zucchini
    1/2 shredded low fat cheese
    1/2 c chopped green pepper
    1 T vegetable oil
    1 can small green chilies
    1 can beef broth
    1 small can (10 1/2 oz) tomato juice
    1 t cumin
    6 corn tortillas, cut into 1/2 strips
    3 chicken breasts, cubed 1-inch
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers and garlics in oil in a large dutch oven until tend; add next 9 ingredients and chicken.
    Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat, simmer 1 hour.
    Add tortillas and simmer 5 minutes.
    Top with cheese in bowls.
