Scalloped Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 16 oz. crab meat
1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
1 c. milk
lemon wedge
Preparation

Arrange in a large greased casserole (1 1/2 quart or 9 inch square baking pan) a layer of crab.
Sprinkle generously with cracker crumbs and dot with butter and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Repeat layers until all crab and crackers are used.
Then add milk to moisten well.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with lemon.
