Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sweet green mangoes, ground and packed solid
1/4 c. hot green peppers, ground
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
little green food coloring
Preparation

Drain juice from these two ground-up ingredients, add pepper ingredients to the liquid and bring to a rolling boil.
Cool to lukewarm and add one small bottle of Certo.
Stir well and pour into glasses.
