Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 - 35 c. tomato juice
4 - 5 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
2/3 c. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 - 3 c. oil
2 c. sliced mushrooms
3 - 4 large green peppers, chopped
4 - 5 large onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. each: Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, parsley
12 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Cook in a large stockpot until desired thickness. Can in sterilized jars.
