Sunset Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) orange jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated carrot
Preparation
-
Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
Add pineapple with juice and lemon juice.
Add carrots and pour into bowl or molds. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
