Butterscotch Fudge(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch flavored pieces
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine sugar, butter and milk. Cook at High for 9 to 11 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir twice.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until butterscotch is melted.
    Turn into well-greased 12 x 8-inch dish.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares to serve.
    Yield:
    3 pounds.
