Meat Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato paste
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 small pieces garlic
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Dip cabbage leaves in hot water until wilted; drain.
    Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice and garlic; mix well.
    Place 2 tablespoons of meat mixture in each cabbage leaf.
    Roll leaf around meat and fasten with toothpick.
    Place sauerkraut in bottom of pan.
    Lay rolls on top.
    Pour tomato soup and tomato paste over all.
    Add enough water to cover.
    Cook slowly for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
