Cool Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small carton cottage cheese (not creamed)
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 bowl Cool Whip (largest)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. lime jello
Preparation

Mix Cool Whip, cottage cheese, pineapple and nuts together. Sprinkle dry jello over mixture.
Toss and refrigerate.
Can be served immediately.
Strawberries and strawberry jello can be used in place of pineapple and lime jello.
Both are good and very colorful, especially at Christmas.
Also low calorie.
