Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese (or to taste)
    jalapeno peppers (nacho slices, available in small jars, work well)
    1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts (unmarinated)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grate the Parmesan cheese, if it isn't already.
    Combine all ingredients in your food processor, adding the cheese and jalapenos to taste.
    Process until mostly smooth.
    Pour the mixture into a small casserole.
    Bake until bubbly and golden (about 30 minutes).
    Serve surrounded by tortilla chips.
