Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens (cooked, deboned and cut into pieces)
1 c. almonds
1 c. water chestnuts, diced
4 c. diced celery
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Accent
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 jar black olives
1 jar green olives
1 bunch celery, cut in strips
1 bunch carrots, cut in strips and chopped
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
1 lb. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
