Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 Medium potatoes peeled and chopped
    1 onion diced
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. of milk
    2-3 Tbsp. of margarine
    salt/pepper
Preparation
    Combine chopped potatoes, diced onion, chicken broth, and 2 cups of water into pot.
    Bring to boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes.
    In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken, cream of celery, and milk, and then whisk until smooth.
    Add this mixture to the potato mixture after they have cooked 20-25 minutes.
    Stir in margarine, salt, and pepper, and allow to cook another 10 minutes on slightly higher heat.
    The longer it cooks, the thicker it will be.
