Creole Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    4 c. cabbage
    1 can chopped tomatoes (I use the diced ones, makes it look pretty)
    3 cubes beef bouillon
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. sugar (I use 1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low)
Preparation
    Saute green pepper, onion and celery in 2 tablespoons margarine in large skillet.
    Add cabbage, tomatoes, beef bouillon, lemon pepper and sugar.
    Bring to simmering and simmer 10 minutes.
