Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 lb. cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil eggplant in salty water until tender.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a glass pan and bake at 325\u00b0 until firm. Squash may be substituted for eggplant if desired.
