Grandma Hazel'S Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp, extremely soft
    1 c. boiled white raisins
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 egg
Preparation
    Note:
    There is no sugar called for in this recipe.
    I don't know if Grandma left it out or if there wasn't any called for. What I found is that if the persimmons are really sweet, you don't need sugar or honey.
    After you mix the batter, taste it.
    Add sugar or honey if it doesn't taste sweet enough.
