Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1 large chopped onion
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (light)
    3 c. skim milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes or 3 cans chicken broth
    egg noodles
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    In a saucepan, lightly saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add broth; bring to a boil.
    Put in 2 handfuls of egg noodles. Cook 3 minutes, uncovered.
    Defrost broccoli about 3/4 of the way, then add to soup mixture. Add garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper. Dice cheese and add to mixture.
    Add the milk and simmer until cheese melts. Stir constantly to prevent scorching.
