Garden Raw Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped green bell peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped cucumbers
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine all of the items in a large bowl with the salt and pepper.
Pour oil and vinegar over vegetables and toss well. Chill until ready to serve.
Goes well with any meat dish.
