Mary'S Herbed Chicken And Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sour cream (at least)
1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
dash of garlic powder
4 large chicken breasts, halved
1 c. corn flake crumbs
cooked shrimp, split lengthwise (optional)
1/2 c. pitted, ripe olives, sliced
Preparation

Combine sour cream with herbs and seasonings.
Dip chicken into sour cream mixture, then roll in corn flake crumbs.
Place chicken pieces, skin side down, in well-greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake 10 minutes longer.
