Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry macaroni
    1 (17 oz.) can sweet peas
    1 c. chopped ham
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. celery
    1/4 c. sweet pickles
    1/2 c. pimentos, cut fine
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. sweet pepper
    1/2 c. or more mayonnaise
Preparation
    While cooking macaroni, dice all vegetables and cheese.
    Also drain the can of peas.
    After macaroni is cooked, drain (do not chill).
    While hot, drizzle with oil and vinegar.
    Add onion, seasonings and cheese.
    Toss well.
    Gently mix in ham and remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
