Paulova(Meringue) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. white vinegar
pinch of cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
some powdered sugar and cornstarch, sifted together (to prepare tray)

Preparation

Prepare trays.\t(I use 2 round pizza trays.)
Grease very well.
Sprinkle with equal quantities of cornstarch and powdered sugar sifted together.
