Corn Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 oz. canned corn
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    slivered almonds
Preparation
    Spread corn in bottom of casserole dish. Brown beef and drain. Add flour and stir 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well and pour over corn.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Combine eggs and cottage cheese. Spread over beef. Top with grated Parmesan, Mozzarella
    and nuts. Bake 15 minutes more. Serves 6.
    May add chopped green pepper and bacon, if desired.
