Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. dates
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add rest of ingredients.
Beat eggs separately.
Add yolks and fold in whites last (looks different but is okay).
Bake 35 to 40 minutes; test for doneness with toothpick.
Serves 8.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Very rich so serve small amount.
