Pepper Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. tortilla or nacho chips
    2 c. Monterey Jack or mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Bick's hot pepper relish
    sour cream
    salsa sauce
Preparation
    Place tortilla chips in single layer in large baking pan or cookie sheet with sides.
    Sprinkle cheese over chips and scatter small spoonfuls of relish on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 minutes or until hot.
    Serve with sour cream and/or salsa sauce.
    Makes about 6 servings.
