Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c boiling water
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
4 eggs
Preparation

Dissolve butter in boiling water.
Add flour and cook until very thick, stirring constantly (about five minutes).
Cool until lukewarm.
Beat in eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Drop in heaping tbsp on greased cookie sheet.
Keep each mound well apart.
Bake in preheated oven 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Then 375 degrees for 25 minutes to 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool and fill with sweetened whipped cream or cream filling.
(I use cooked vanilla pudding.)
Frost with chocolate or maple icing (optional).
