Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 -3 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    With fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup of the pecans and rest of ingredients. Shape into ball and roll in remaining cup of nuts.
