Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs thoroughly.
Add butter, sugar, flour, milk and vanilla.
Beat again until well blended.
Stir in coconut.
Pour filling into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cool thoroughly and cut.
