Ingredients

2 peaches (or mangos)
sprig of cilantro (to taste)
jalapeno pepper (to taste)
green onion
fresh ginger root
pinch of sugar (or honey)
juice of lime (to taste)
Preparation

Finely chop or dice and mix fruit, cilantro, hot pepper, green onion and ginger root.
Add sugar and squeezed lime juice.
Let sit for 30 minutes.
Serve over grilled chicken or fish.
