Pizza Rustica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. Grade A Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
    4 eggs
    2 oz. diced ham, salami, Prosciutto or pepperoni
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sausage (remove casing) and remove fat particles.
    Mix Ricotta and Mozzarella together.
    Add sausage, ham, eggs, sugar and parsley.
    Blend all ingredients.
    Place in uncooked pastry shell.
    Cover with crust.
    Make slits to allow steam to escape. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 in a hot oven.
