Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 can chopped chilies (mild or hot to taste)
    2 large chicken breasts or 3 thighs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (10)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add chilies with liquid; let set. Boil chicken until done; cool, then cut into small pieces.
    In large pan or skillet, add the 2 cans of soup and
    1 1/2 cans milk. Add chicken, then onion and chilies; heat and stir.
    In casserole dish, layer soup and chicken mixture.
    Tear tortillas in pieces. Add a layer, then layer of cheese.
    Keep layering; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
