Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cream
pinch of salt
powdered sugar
vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter; add brown sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add cream and salt; boil 5 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Add powdered sugar until right consistency.
Good on cinnamon rolls.
