Cheesy Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 small yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, seasonings and Cheddar cheese.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
