Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    garlic to taste
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Scoop potatoes from shells.
    Mash with sour cream and milk.
    Mix in next four ingredients.
    Fill shells.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
