Chicken And Rice(From The Parsonage Kitchen) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice (Uncle Ben's converted)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans cold water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 raw chicken, cut in serving pieces
Preparation

Sprinkle rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine mushroom soup and water; stir until smooth.
Cover rice with 1/2 of mixture.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Add pieces of raw chicken, skin side up, and pour on remainder of mushroom soup mixture. Cover with foil tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours (depending on how large the chicken pieces are).
Don't open until done.
It must be covered with foil.
