Never Fail Hot Roll Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup ground walnuts or pecans
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup milk
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    large package yeast
    flour, as needed
Preparation
    Cook nuts, 1/2 c. butter, milk, 1 c. sugar and 1 egg together until thick.
    Cool.
    Boil sour cream, butter, 1 c. sugar.
    Cool to lukewarm and add 2 eggs, yeast (room temp.) and flour as needed. Don't let rise.
    Roll out 3 rolls (make 3).
    Put filling on it. Roll up - let rise.
