Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer
    2 lemons
    1 stick butter
    chopped parsley
    flour
    hot oil
Preparation
    Flour chicken and fry in oil.
    Add juice and sliced rinds of lemons.
    Add parsley and serve.
    This is good served with boiled new potatoes.
    The juice (lemon butter and pan drippings) from the chicken make a good sauce.
