Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (margarine)
    2 c. boiling water
    3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    3 c. All-Bran
    4 c. Bran Buds
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 tsp. soda
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Add boiling water to shortening and let melt.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Mixture will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
    Bake as needed. Makes good blueberry muffins.
    Add to mixture before baking.
