Refrigerator Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. dry oatmeal (quick cooking)
    1 can coconut
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Shape into rolls and wrap in waxed paper. Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to bake. Slice and bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
