Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cartons Egg Beaters
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean, can use ground turkey)
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    onion powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
    1 lb. bacon
    3 onions, chopped
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Mix Egg Beaters,
    salt, water and flour together.
    Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness
    and
    cut
    into approximately 4 inch circles. Brown
    meat and drain off excess fat.
    Mix meat with mashed potatoes,
    pepper,
    onion
    powder,
    garlic
    powder and seasoning salt.
