Beef Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger (30% fat)
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick cure
    2 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Preparation
    Day 1 to 4:
    Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate (mix each day).
