Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers (about 25 to 36)
Preparation
    Trim tough ends from broccoli stalks.
    Separate into even-size pieces.
    Cook broccoli in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 6 to 10 minutes.
    Drain well.
