Dido'S Delight Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
    2 sticks butter or oleo
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs in small bowl.
    Cream together shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs to creamed mixture and cream again.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla; mix well.
    Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
