Honey Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strained honey
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    few grains salt
Preparation
    Heat honey to boiling.
    Add baking soda, butter or margarine, lemon juice and salt.
    Boil to hard ball stage.
    Pour into well buttered pan.
    Cool.
    Pull until white and porous.
    Cut in 1-inch pieces.
